Clinical Efficiency

The goal of the clinical efficiency division is two-fold. First, to maximize the effective and efficient use of mental health and addiction services by our clients. Second, to promote a seamless transition in the provision of these services between institutional and community programs. This involves the careful monitoring of all admissions and discharges to our inpatient hospital units, promoting effective and early discharge planning and implementing strategies that will improve patient flow.
