Mental Health Community Liaison

What we do

The mental health community liaison develops collaborative relationships with community agencies and serves as a consultant in the development of comprehensive service plans for people with complex mental health needs.

This position provides consultation/liaison, advocacy and education regarding mental health to assist in supporting people in the community. It also serves as a vital link for accessing mental health services.

Who we see

We offer systems navigation and case consultation to inpatient/outpatient programs, those in the community, government and the general public.
