Traumatic Stress Services

What we do

We provide specialized group-based counselling services to adults who are experiencing complex symptoms as a result of traumatic life events. Various therapies are used to assist clients with managing trauma impacts and symptoms. Treatment is primarily group-based, although a clinician may recommend individual counselling in some circumstances. Treatment may involve stabilization, safety, trauma memory processing, reconnection and after-care. We also encourage a recovery focus with client involvement in peer support and community services.

How to access this service
