Addiction

If you are 18 years of age and older, and are trying to address your use of drugs, alcohol and/or gambling, drop-in support groups are available:

If you are 18 years of age and older and want support in your recovery with a gambling addiction, a drop-in support group is available:

Grief

Our grief and bereavement services are offered within several departments and programs of Eastern Health, including with the Mental Health and Addictions Program.

The Compassionate Friends of Canada (NL Chapter):
Grief support to parents and grandparents after the death of a child, including adult children.

Survivors of Suicide and Loss:
First Tuesday and third Monday of each month, 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Comfort House, 11 Caprea Place, St. John’s
Individual one-on-one or family support calls are available between meetings on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
