Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS)

What we do

Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is a procedure that uses magnetic fields to stimulate nerve cells in the brain to improve symptoms of major depressive disorder (MDD). The procedure is used when other depression treatments have not been effective. Learn more about rTMS in the patient handbook.
